After receiving the fresh milk, we handle it in a closed system to minimize contamination and quickly chill it to 4°C as soon as it is produced and keep it at that temperature until it’s processed. Then we process the raw milk using UHT (Ultra High Temperature) treatment at 135-140°C for 2-3 seconds, cool it, and package it aseptically in 5 or 7 layers of packaging material to ensure the safety and quality of the milk for human consumption.
RD UHT-processed Milk is full cream milk. Modern UHT treatment gives the milk a long shelf life and keeps it fresh and pure at high temperatures without any preservatives. So RD UHT Milk is ready-to-drink and does not require boiling.
